How long does chin filler last?
Filler in the chin lasts 1-3 years, depending on what product is utilized. LushFILL™ lasts 2-3 years and stimulates the growth of collagen which can last about 5 years.
Can filler be dissolved?
If hyaluronic acid based fillers are utilized, then yes, the filler is completely dissolvable. If LushFILL™ is utilized, it can be partially dissolved. The remaining amount of filler will need to break down naturally over 2-3 years.
How long does it take for filler to settle?
Filler typically takes at least 2 weeks to settle. However, some patients may have residual swelling and therefore should expect to wait at least 4 weeks to appreciate the final result.
