How to schedule an appointment?

All appointments are scheduled online. A procedure deposit is required. You can schedule your appointment by selecting “book now” on our website. For consultations, please call the office.


What financing options are available?

We partner with Cherry financing to help you pay off your procedure in monthly installments. You can learn more about Cherry on our financing page. We do not accepted CareCredit.


Do you have Before & After photos?

How to travel to the office?

We are located near Bryant Park at 18 E 41 Street on the 14th Floor. The nearest subway stations are Bryant Park on the 7 line and Grand Central Terminal on the 4,5,6, and 7 trains. Street parking is extremely limited, so we recommend researching parking garages in the area prior to your appointment if you intend to drive.


What is the cancellation policy?
  • We request 48 hours notice to cancel appointments. Late cancellations are charged a $250 cancellation fee, for Laser Hair Removal services the charge is 50% of the cost of the procedure. A no-show for an appointment will result in a charge of the full price of the listed service(s) scheduled. For services with variable pricing you will be charged $500 per half hour scheduled (2 hour service with variable pricing = $2,000 no-show fee). If you are later than 10 mins for your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged the applicable late cancellation fee. A late cancellation or no-show results in the loss of the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. Late cancellations and no-shows for patients on packages will result in a loss of the session. There will be no exceptions.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling is available through our online scheduler up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you must reschedule we ask that you do so as early as possible and please avoid multiple reschedules as this greatly affects our ability to service other patients.

  • Patients receive confirmation/reminder emails and texts 5 days & 3 day prior to their appointment. If you opt-out of these communications it is your responsibility to know when your appointment is. It is also your responsibility to confirm, if you do not confirm and late cancel or no-show you will be charged the applicable fee.

  • If you can't make your appointment, please reach out to us ASAP by texting/calling us at 917-277-3398. DMs & emails are not acceptable forms of communication for cancellations.

  • Please be aware that patients who have a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows will not be able to schedule an appointment without first providing a deposit. This will be managed and communicated on a case by case basis.


What is the procedure deposit?

A procedure deposit is required for all appointments. The deposit is non-refundable but will apply to the cost of any treatment you receive. The deposit is charged at the time of scheduling your appointment. The deposit is applicable to your treatment cost for one reschedule with respect to our cancellation policy. A late cancellation, no show, or second reschedule will result in the loss of your deposit.

As a small business a late cancellation or frequent rescheduling negatively impacts us, and greatly effects our ability to provide the exemplary service we strive to provide to all patients.


Should I eat prior to my appointment?

We recommend that all patients eat at least a light snack prior to any procedure.


What should I expect when I arrive for my appointment?

We are located at 18 E 41 Street on the 14th floor. When you arrive proceed to the 14th floor and sign in on the iPad for "Lushful Aesthetics", or with the Lina receptionist if one is present. Make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and a member of our team will be out to greet you at the time of your appointment. Arriving more than 10 mins late for your appointment may result in a reschedule and late cancellation fee.


Can someone else pay for me?

Lushful Aesthetics does not accept deposits or payments from third parties on behalf of a patient except in the form of cash or a Lushful Aesthetics gift card. Please note, the name on the card used for payments must match the name on your appointment or you must provide proof of ownership of this card at the time of check out. Deposits made using a card with a different name will be automatically refunded and the appointment will be cancelled. Patients must provide proof of identity at the time of checkout.
