Does Penis Stretching Work? 

What are penis stretchers and how are they supposed to work? Otherwise known as a penis extender, these medical devices usually have a plastic ring that sits at the base of the flaccid penis and another ring that sits right before the glands on the penis’s head, and the springs are supposed to stretch the penis to make it become longer over time. But the act of penis stretching is not just relegated to only this device, there are a few other ways penis stretching has been done:

• Penis stretching exercises or “jelqing”

While there have been claims over the years that these devices can assist in penis enlargement, a recent systematic review from 2020 has shown that “the vast majority of series reported normal penile size,” after receiving penis stretching. The Phalloson Forte device works as a modernized penis pump, regulating how much traction is felt on your penis. Its best asset is that it can be worn comfortably while you sleep, for up to 12 hours. But unfortunately, there is no medical evidence indicating that Phallosan forte results can assist in male enhancement and increase the length and girth of your penis. 

What are the Penis Enlargement Side Effects of Penile Stretching?

While the degree of penis stretchers varies, there is some inherent risk, especially if you are doing these activities for an extended period, as it can be difficult to determine how much time is safe, and how much time is effective. Some of the side effects of this type of penile enhancement can be mild:

• Bruising 

• Skin irritation 

• A numb sensation in the penis

• A feeling of trapped semen during orgasm 

Some techniques for penis stretching can have more severe reactions, such as Jelqing, which in rare cases can result in Peyronie’s disease or erectile dysfunction due to excessive force on the penis.
