This procedure has no effect (both positive and negative) on erectile performance. It is solely for aesthetic purposes.

Most patients start with 5-15 syringes for their initial treatment. However, most find that they require more syringes to reach their desired result. The longer a patient’s penis is, the more filler they will require to make a visual impact.
Our goal is to always enhance the patient’s confidence, so while we strive to make a difference they can appreciate, we try to avoid overfilling the penis so that it still feels real. The appropriate amount of filler looks both aesthetically appealing and feels natural. During your appointment, we will discuss your goals and assess your baseline to determine the appropriate amount of filler for penis girth filler procedure. Depending on some patients’ budgets or wanting to be too conservative, they may require additional treatment to obtain their goals.
The combination of fillers slowly fades away over 2-3 years in the shaft, and lasts around a year in the glans (head of the penis). It’s unlikely the patient will ever fully return back to their original baseline due to the small amount of collagen that is created in response to the filler.
Avoid alcohol for a week prior to receiving penis girth filler.
Consult with your medical provider if you are able to discontinue blood thinning medication such as Ibuprofen, Excedrin, Aspirin, Aleve, and Fish Oil 2 weeks prior to penis girth filler procedure.
